Undecide is a youth-led innovation program powered by CYC (ComMutiny – The Youth Collective) that empowers young people to collaboratively address youth-centric challenges using technology and creative problem-solving. The initiative is centered around a Made-in-India digital app called Undecide, designed to help users explore multiple perspectives, navigate dilemmas, and arrive at thoughtful decisions through a participatory and reflective process.

As part of this program, we engaged with 50 young individuals from diverse backgrounds, guiding them through a journey of critical thinking, collaboration, and decision-making. These youth came together in facilitated sessions to identify real issues affecting their lives and communities—such as education access, unemployment, mental health, peer pressure, and digital safety—and explored ways to respond to them constructively using the Undecide app as a tool.

Through the app’s unique features—such as scenario mapping, multiple viewpoint analysis, and reflection prompts—participants were encouraged to pause, rethink assumptions, and consider diverse opinions before making choices. The process not only enhanced their decision-making skills but also helped them develop empathy, patience, and confidence in dealing with complex social issues.

Undecide served as a bridge between technology and youth engagement, showing how digital platforms can be used not just for entertainment, but for meaningful learning and leadership. The program successfully fostered a culture of conscious decision-making among participants, equipping them to become more aware, active, and responsible citizens.
